Renovation progress report December, 2006

Since the last progress report was posted, the following work has been completed:

The main house kitchen: The Thermador brushed stainless steel “Professional Series” 48” cook-top and Double Oven have been delivered, as well as a 48” Sub Zero Refrigerator – Freezer. The new kitchen cabinets have been completed, and the construction of the new center island module, as well as the installation of new cabinets and appliances should be complete by the end of January 07’. A simple plywood base is being installed over the kitchen cabinets as a base for the counter-tops. The counter-top material to be selected by the buyer.

The “Guest-House” above the new garage: The wiring has been completed in the guest house, and the new heating and air-conditioning equipment has been delivered. The installation of the climate control system, including all ductwork etc, should be complete by the end of January 07’.
