The property address is 8747 No More Rd, Carefree AZ, 85377. It is located in a subdivision knows as Carefree Fore-More. The zoning is R1-35 which means that it is exclusively for residential and has a 35,000 sq ft minimum lot size.

The lot, is one of the best in the subdivision for three reasons.

The original home has a total of 6,322.9 square feet under roof. It is of “slump-block” construction with a pitched roof. In addition to its 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths the house has a large living room with a stone fireplace, a formal dining room, a billiard room, a large eat-in kitchen, which opens to a huge enclosed (screened in) patio, a butler’s pantry, an oversized laundry room, and several large storage closets. The guest apartment features a huge master suite a smaller second bedroom, and a large “great room” which is divided into two sections by an exposed bond beam, one side of which includes the kitchen and dining area, the other being the living room. The plumbing is roughed in, and the guest apartment and the garage are connected to a new septic system, already installed, that’s separate from the one that serves the main house.

In summary, the property features 4 bedrooms, two of which are master suites, 5 and 1/2 baths, and has a total of approximately 5,784 square feet of heated and air-conditioned space, 4,200 square feet of evaporative cooled garage space and 1,100 square feet of non-cooled garage and workshop space, plus well over 2,000 square feet of patio space most of which is covered.
