New Electric Service

A new 400 Amp main electric service box is being installed, with 3 main breakers leading to three sub-distribution panels, one each for the main house, the big garage and the guesthouse (photos show work in progress).

The interior wiring for the garage and guesthouse has been completed including all wiring for appliances, switches and receptacles, recessed ceiling lighting (“high hats”) and boxes for ceiling fans, as well as exterior wiring for lighting (sconces installed), exterior waterproof receptacles, and boxes for ceiling fans under the covered terrace areas.
